Thirty (30) day guarantee timeline is calculated from the ship date. Merchandise returns must be received at our designated location on or before 30 days of ship date, and must include a return authorization number for refund. For order cancellations, Customer Service must be notified within 24 hours of order placement. Notifications after 24 hours may be authorized for return. Your order will be shipped from the warehouse and delivered within 10 business days of the day you place your order for all continental USA locations. Rush delivery is 5 business days delivery. We deliver to residential and business addresses only, military, government facilities, and P.O. boxes must provide an alternate address.
