  • Do you ship outside the USA? Sorry, we do not accept orders nor deliver to Canada, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or any other location outside the continental USA, no exceptions. We ship to residential areas and businesses only.
  • Do you ship to Federal Correctional Institutions? Sorry, we do not accept orders nor deliver to any correctional institution in the USA, due to a history of delivery problems encountered in the past. Orders received are mailed back with a letter of apology to the sender.
  • Are you having difficulties with the credit card payment page? We utilize Paypal as our credit card processor for all online orders. Please call Paypal directly at 1-888-221-1161, and have the following information available when you call: *Your telephone number, *Your email address, *The last 4 digits of your credit card or bank account if you are already registered with PayPal.
  • What methods are used for shipping? UPS for 10 business days standard delivery, and DHL for 5 days rush delivery.
  • Can you add my product line to your catalog? Sorry, we do not carry any line outside our own at this time.
  • Do you take telephone orders? Sorry, we are an online business and we do not accept telephone orders. We accept online orders and mail orders only.

  • I received a damaged item with my order, how can I get a replacement or refund? Return request form...

  • Do you charge my credit card the day you ship out, or the day I place the order? The day you place your order.

  • I placed an order through another website or individual. Can you tell me the status? Sorry, we are an Independent Distributor and do not have access to other distributors accounts with the warehouse nor about their customers orders. You must go through your contact for order status, returns, refunds, or other. We have no knowledge of your order or payment, and will not be able to help in these cases. As a last resort, you can contact your credit card company and request a reversal of the charges if your order was never received. Please contact your bank for your options if you paid with a check or money order, and your order was never received. If you are having difficulty contacting your distributor, please contact the Better Business Bureau for your area to notify them of their negligent conduct.

  • Do you employ sales representatives to sell your products? No. We are an Independent Distributor and we are an online business only. We do not employ representatives to sell our products nor are we affiliated with other individuals or distributors or websites that sell from the same catalog we offer. You must go through your contact for order status, returns, refunds, or other. We have no knowledge of your order or payment, and will not be able to help in these cases. If you are having difficulty contacting your distributor, please contact the Better Business Bureau for your area to notify them of their negligent conduct.

  • I placed an order from the catalog, but I cannot remember who I ordered from, or where I mailed the order. Check your e-mail order confirmation for the *website name (From: johndoe@*websitename.com), you can then navigate to that website to find their Contact Us information. Check the invoice sent with your merchandise for the name of the shipper which is in the FROM box. Our business is located in "Lees Summit MO 64064." Any other address shown is not affiliated with our company. You can also check the UPS label from a box recently delivered, at the top left of the label is the name of the distributor and their phone number. As a last resort, you can contact your credit card company as every business that charges your card is required to include their phone number on your statement.   • How do I redeem this gift card I received? You must contact the giver to determine where you are entitled to redeem it. Our distributorship currently does not offer any kind of: gift card, gift certificate, buying card, credit card, or payment voucher, nor do we accept these kinds of payments, absolutely no exceptions. You must contact the giver to determine from what distributor(s) you are entitled to redeem, or navigate to the website from which you originally purchased the card, or contact the name of the giver on the back of the card to place your order.
